Chocolate Cream Pie (Vegan)

Chocolate Cream Pie (Vegan)
Serves 6 to 8

(No one can believe it has tofu in it.)

11/2 to 2 cups vegan chocolate chips
2 boxes firm silken tofu (it is very important to use silken tofu)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 large graham cracker crust
Fruit (optional)

1. Melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
2. Put the silken tofu in a food processor and puree.
3. Add the melted chocolate chips and process until smooth.
4. Add the vanilla and process.
5. Pour into the crust and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
6. Add strawberries, kiwi, or other fruits to the top if you wish, but no fruits are necessary for this delicious dessert.
