Apricot Nut Bread

INGREDIENTS

3/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1 cup orange juice
3 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups chopped nuts
3/4 cups chopped apricots

Mix first four ingredients. Beat hard for 20 seconds. Stir in nuts and fruit. Pour into well greased loaf pan (9x5x3). Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. A crack in the top is typical. Cool before slicing.   Makes 1 loaf.
